Your Choice Conveyancing is a small, experienced team based in South Australia, conveniently located just 15 minutes from the Adelaide CBD. We assist with the conveyancing of all real estate transactions across South Australia.
We understand that finding time for appointments can be challenging. Where needed, we’re happy to provide documents electronically or by post, allowing you to review and sign everything in your own time and in the comfort of your own environment.

Melissa Hayward
Proprietor and Registered Conveyancer
Melissa Hayward is the Proprietor of Your Choice Conveyancing and has been in the conveyancing industry since 2001. She began her career in the Barossa Valley before relocating to Adelaide in 2010.
With over 25 years of experience, Melissa brings a depth of knowledge and a calm, practical approach to every matter she handles. She finds great reward in knowing her clients are well looked after and that each transaction is managed with care and attention to detail.
Melissa treats every file individually and prides herself on building strong relationships with her clients. She also has extensive experience in interstate conveyancing, having spent a number of years working with a well-known firm managing clients across Australia. This experience allows her to clearly explain South Australian conveyancing processes to interstate clients by comparing the different stages involved.
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music, cooking and enjoying good food, champagne and the company of close friends.
Sara Cox
Senior Registered Conveyancer
Sara is a Senior Registered Conveyancer with approximately 20 years of experience in the conveyancing industry. She independently manages her own files from start to finish, liaising closely with clients and other professionals ensuring each transaction progresses smoothly and efficiently.
Known for her friendly, approachable nature and ever-present smile, Sara brings a fun-loving and positive energy to the office. She has a natural ability to make clients feel at ease and her experience and attention to detail ensure they are in capable hands throughout the conveyancing process.
Outside the office, Sara is a passionate runner, enjoys walking her dog, being outdoors and spending time with her family and friends. In 2025 she completed the Nike Melbourne Marathon and is already gearing up for her next 10km event – a true reflection of her determination and drive. Sara also loves good food and a glass of wine, and her enthusiasm for life is something felt by both clients and colleagues alike.
News About Us ..
Melissa is pleased to announce that in late 2018 she married her husband and best friend Sam. So if you searched Google for her as “Melissa Lipschinski”, she may not have appeared, as she is now “Melissa Hayward”. Congratulations Melissa!
In 2019 Melissa was nominated in the ‘SA Woman’ Awards as a ‘Quiet Achiever Finalist’! Although she wasn’t successful in taking out the final prize, she thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity and got to meet a lot of other fantastic women in business. Melissa was also nominated again in 2022 for ‘The Rise Award’, again no prize, but a very valuable experience and reflection on what business means to her and how far she has come.
Amongst all the COVID craziness in 2020, Melissa welcomed her first child to the world. Although she is still conveyancing, her hours are a little more flexible so that she can enjoy motherhood! If you require her services and she is unavailable, the team in the office are always happy to assist.
