Preparing Private Contracts
Purchasing a property may be one of your largest decisions in life. Once an offer is accepted and the Contract and Form 1 are received, please forward everything to our office. We will then look over it all to ensure there is nothing out of the ordinary. Book Appointment
Form 1 Preparation
When selling a property the Vendor must provide the Purchaser with a Form 1. This document discloses information such as easements and encumbrances, development approvals and other legal information. At times, the Agent may prepare this, but if not, we can prepare it on your behalf. Book Appointment
Contract Review and Pre-Purchase Advice

Matrimonial Transfers

Noting a Death of a Proprietor
If you have a loved one that has recently passed away and you owned real estate jointly together, we can register this information with the Land Titles Office on your behalf. Book Appointment
Change of Ownership
Occasionally for taxation reasons you might need to alter how you are registered on the Certificate of Title with the other owner(s), perhaps from Joint Tenants to Tenants in Common or vice versa. We can look after this for you. Book Appointment

Land Divisions
