A little about us, Your Choice Conveyancing is a team located in South Australia, only 15 minutes from the CBD. We can attend to the conveyancing of any real estate transaction inside South Australia.
Some clients struggle to find time for an appointment to sign the documents. In these cases, we can forward all documentation either direct to clients electronically or by post. That way you can go through it in your own environment and at your own pace.
Melissa Hayward
Melissa Hayward is the Proprietor of Your Choice Conveyancing and has been a Conveyancer in South Australia since 2001. She began her career in the Barossa Valley and then moved to Adelaide in 2010.
As a Registered Conveyancer, Melissa has a wealth of conveyancing experience and loves the rewarding aspect of her job. A reward for Melissa is the satisfaction that comes from knowing her clients are well looked after.
She enjoys meeting new people, and every file is treated individually and with care. Melissa’s experience and knowledge with interstate conveyancing are unsurpassed. After spending a number of years working with a well-known conveyancing firm looking after clients across the country, her experience now enables her to communicate the South Australian conveyancing procedure with her interstate clients by comparing the different stages involved.
On the weekends Melissa loves spending time with her family, visiting playgrounds with her daughter and enjoying good food, gin and the company of close friends!
Zoe Crettenden
Your Choice Conveyancing was very lucky in 2022 to gain a new amazing employee, Zoe.
Zoe is our superstar Receptionist and Administration Assistant. Her warm and compassionate demeanour greets you when you contact and visit our office. With her fondness for doughnuts, she maintains a vibrant energy while efficiently handling a diverse range of tasks. Despite not having any prior experience in conveyancing, she has swiftly demonstrated her desire to learn and understand as much as she possibly can! Zoe is also busy being a mum, enjoys focusing on her health and fitness and loves giving everything a go. You might even occasionally find her doing the odd car mechanical repair on a weekend!

News About Us ..
Melissa is pleased to announce that in late 2018 she married her husband and best friend Sam. So if you searched Google for her as “Melissa Lipschinski”, she may not have appeared, as she is now “Melissa Hayward”. Congratulations Melissa!
In 2019 Melissa was nominated in the ‘SA Woman’ Awards as a ‘Quiet Achiever Finalist’! Although she wasn’t successful in taking out the final prize, she thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity and got to meet a lot of other fantastic women in business. Melissa was also nominated again in 2022 for ‘The Rise Award’, again no prize, but a very valuable experience and reflection on what business means to her and how far she has come.
Amongst all the COVID craziness in 2020, Melissa welcomed her first child to the world. Although she is still conveyancing, her hours are a little more flexible so that she can enjoy motherhood! If you require her services and she is unavailable, the team in the office are always happy to assist.
